This post is going to be about a few things that I am loving right now, food and otherwise.
We just signed up for our first CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) for the summer! We are splitting it with another couple from our church. We tried to sign up last year, but were to late and I was pretty bummed. Needless to say I am super excited for June when we start getting fresh fruits and vegetables every week, plus other goodies! It will be so fun coming up with recipes with all of the fresh produce we get! I just hope it’s not all Kale….
I found KeVita on a recent trip to the grocery store, and was intrigued so I bought a bottle. I am a tad lactose intolerant (not that it stops me very often, I just suffer the consequences) so I rarely eat yogurt. However, KeVita has the probiotics found in yogurt in an interesting tasting, refreshing, healthy drink that has a minimal amount of calories and sugar. I have only had three flavors so far: Coconut, Mango Coconut, and Pomegranate, but am looking forward to trying the rest. I have been wanting a Clarisonic for awhile now, and thanks to cash back on our credit cards, I am now a proud owner. I have only had it for less than a week so I can’t say exactly how well it works for my skin. But I do know that it makes me look forward to washing my face!
Next week, John and I turn 25! I love getting a deal, so I signed us up for a few (maybe more?) birthday clubs at restaurants. We are looking forward to enjoying many free entrees at some great restaurants next week!
